The Black Ops 6 Ranked Play grind continues in Season 3, so you’ll need the best weapons and loadouts to climb the divisions.

To access Black Ops 6 Ranked Play in Season 3, you must first win 10 matches in standard multiplayer playlists. After that, the grind is similar to other titles. You earn Skill Rating by winning and performing well, which helps you progress through eight Skill Divisions.

Then, all that’s left to do is choose your weapon and attachments, so here are the best Black Ops 6 Ranked Play loadouts.

Best BO6 Ranked Play loadouts

ARs

The AMES 85 and GPR 91 are the only AR options, and the AMES 85 should be your go-to. Its 320-millisecond time-to-kill just edges out the GPR 91’s 336ms, and better bullet velocity and fire rate make the AMES 85 a better overall option.

Despite that, we included loadouts for both ARs if you have a different personal preference.

Some players prefer the Accu-Spot Reflex, but we believe the Kepler Microflexprovides a cleaner line of sight and is less intrusive on the screen.

The AMES 85 is already accurate, but you will get punished in Ranked Play if you miss any shots when going up against the best of the best. So, with that in mind, the Ported Compensator addresses horizontal recoil, while the Vertical Foregripmitigates vertical recoil. Then, the Reinforced Barrelis perfect as it increases damage range and bullet velocity.

Learning to utilize mminimovement will set you apart from other players because you can slide and dive out of gunfights and outmaneuver enemies. So, we recommend using the Ergonomic Gripas it improves slide, dive-to-fire, and aim-down-sight speeds.

Then, the Reinforced Barrelbuffs the bullet velocity, making it more viable over longer distances and finally, the Ergonomic Grip improves the ARs speed, making it feel light and snappy to use.

If you want to equip Gunfighter for a couple of extra attachments, the Fire Mods:Recoil Springs will make it even more accurate, and the Fire Mods:Recoil Springs will make it more mobile.

SMGs

Best C9 class

The C9 is a fantastic option in Black Ops 6 Season 3’s Ranked Play, and we’ve equipped attachments that vastly improve its mobility while keeping it accurate.

Bullet velocity isn’t as important for a close-rang SMG, so the Long Barrel’s buff to damage range will keep it competitive at medium range. Then, combining the Vertical Foregripand Recoil Springswill make it incredibly accurate.

It’s an SMG, so you want it to be mobile, and that’s where the Ergonomic Gripand Infiltrator Stockcome in. With these two attached, you’ll be able to shoot almost immediately after sprinting, diving, and sliding, and you will be able to quickly strafe in gunfights, thanks to the stock.

Best Jackal PDW class

The Jackal PDW was previously the meta option in BO6’s Ranked Play, and despite some nerfs to its mobility in Season 3, it’s still worth using.

The Gain-Twist Barrelis the only Barrel option available, but it’s still worth using as its bullet velocity buff will increase its range. It’s still pretty easy to use, so the added mobility from the Ranger Foregripis still worth it. But, if you find it a little bit too difficult to control, the Vertical Foregrip is another solid option.

The Ergonomic Gripand Infiltrator Stockmake the Jackal extremely mobile, letting you shoot quicker after moving and able to quickly strafe when firing. Finally, the Recoil Springsmake it a little bit easier to shoot.

Pistols

Stryder .22

Dexerto / Activision

• Magazine: Fast Mag II
• Rear Grip: Quickdraw Grip

The Stryder .22 is the only handgun available in Black Ops 6 Ranked Play, and since you can only equip three attachments, you should put them all on. While using Fast Mag IIwill give you fewer bullets in the mag, you’ll be much more mobile, and the 20 it allows for is still an incredible amount.

The pistol only truly shines with someone with a good trigger finger, but it’ll help you out in a pinch.

Best Perks and equipment in BO6 Ranked Play

Dexerto | Activision

• Perk 1: Flak Jacket or Ninja
• Perk 2: Fast Hands
• Perk 3: Double Time
• Wildcard: Perk Greed
• Perk Greed:Ninja or Dexterity
• Melee: Knife
• Lethal: Frag
• Tactical: Flashbang

Ninjais a good choice for Search and Destroy because it reduces footsteps noise. For Hardpoint and Control, however, Flak Jacketis a great choice for taking less damage from explosives.

The only Perk 2 option available is Fast Hands. Despite the lack of options, this Perk is still helpful as it increases weapon swap speed.

Like Perk 2, you would be hard-pressed to find someone who doesn’t use Double Timein their Perk 3 slot. It increases the tactical sprint duration and the recharge rate, making it easier to escape gunfights, rotate, or get to a bomb site.

Perk Greedis the best Wildcard. We used that extra Perk slot on Dexterity to reduce weapon motion while diving, sliding, and jumping. However, Gunfighter can also be worthwhile with some of the loadouts mentioned above.

For the lethal equipment, Frag Grenadesor Semtex Grenadesare both viable choices. Flashbangswere surprisingly not restricted, so those are your best bet for the tactical slot.

Last up, Trophy Systems are the only available Field Upgrade. If you don’t equip Flak Jacket, its is a good way to deflect grenade spam.
